The invoice lifecycle
- Draft — editable and not yet sent.
- Sent — delivered to the customer and awaiting payment.
- Partially paid — some balance remains.
- Paid — fully settled.
Recurring invoices
For ongoing work you can set an invoice to repeat on a schedule. The system generates a fresh copy automatically and can email it to the customer without manual steps.
