Clearing the cache

Stale data or odd display glitches are often resolved by clearing the cache. Try this before assuming something is broken.

Browser cache

  • Do a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R).
  • If that fails, clear cached files from your browser settings.
  • Try an incognito/private window to rule out extensions.

Application cache

Administrators can clear the server-side cache from Settings → Maintenance. This is safe to run at any time and only rebuilds derived data.
