Collaboration works best when everyone has access. You can invite teammates and assign the right level of permission in just a few clicks.
Sending invitations
Open Settings → Team and choose Invite member. Enter the person's email address and select a role.
- Administrator — full access to settings and billing.
- Manager — can manage records but not billing.
- Member — day-to-day access to assigned items.
Resending or revoking
Pending invitations appear with a status badge. You can resend or cancel any invite before it is accepted. Invitations expire automatically after seven days.
